User registration provides customers with access to the EBSI Online System. The Online System provides users with access to engineering information such as bandwidth, computer monitoring, network topologies, and an automated system to enter system change requests.

Before using EBSI Online System, users need to register by clicking the New User Registration link. After submitting a registration form, users will be notified by email when their account is ready for use.
